Father Coelho, began the session by welcoming the students and emphasized the retreat's objective to provide students with moments of prayer and reflection. He stressed the need to have a deeper understanding of themselves, who they are, and their connection with God. He further highlighted personalities through a group activity that helped students realize they were the cornerstone of the community and society at large.

The session that followed was conducted by Father Austin Fernandes. He enlightened the students about the journey of faith being a personal experience, facing life’s challenges, and finding peace. He concluded that through prayer, meditation, and reflection, one’s faith could mature. An inspirational film, Facing the Giants, was screened to highlight the need to seek guidance through prayer and encouragement. Through reflection, students expressed their views on how God's strength and guidance helps humans to transform themselves. They shared their experiences of trust in God and how they overcame big challenges.

The second day session was conducted by Father Ralin Dsouza. He guided the retreatants to reflect on living in alignment with the Spirit, allowing the Spirit to guide one's thoughts, actions, and decisions. Father Jason Coelho then sought Mother Mary’s protection and guidance for all students. The Sacrament of Confession followed, during which students were guided on making a good confession. Father Anthony Fernandes discussed the importance of the sacrament of reconciliation and the Holy Eucharist as a way to salvation. The students expressed that the sacrament of reconciliation helped them find peace. The retreat concluded with the recitation of the renewal prayer before the Blessed Sacrament, led by Father Jason, bringing the day to an end at 2:15 pm.
