A one-day leadership workshop was organized by the Salesian Youth Ministry of the Salesian Province of Panjim for the student leaders and council members of Pope John XXIII School, Quepem and Don Bosco Farm High School, Sulcorna, Goa. The enriching programme was held at the Meeting Room near the Shrine in Fatorda on July 23, 2025.



The workshop was animated by Father Ralin De Souza and Father Jason Coelho, who guided the students through a series of interactive, activity-based sessions designed to deepen their understanding of leadership in the spirit of Don Bosco.



The day began with a warm welcome by Father Ralin, followed by the opening session, DBWAY: Leading with Heart and Purpose, conducted by Father Coelho. Subsequent sessions focused on leadership values inspired by Don Bosco and essential leadership skills, blending theory with engaging group discussions and sharing.



Participants found the workshop both formative and inspiring, gaining practical insights into servant leadership, teamwork, and values-based decision-making — all rooted in the Salesian ethos.

The day concluded with a friendly farewell, reinforcing the bonds of friendship and shared purpose among the young leaders from both schools.
