The boys of Margaret Bosco Bal Sadan (MBBS) came face-to-face with the GAURS on November 7, 2022, at Salvador do Mundo Panchayat Ground. This meeting of the boys and team FC Goa took place at about 7 pm; after the FC Goa players had completed their daily practices.

On entering the football ground, Ishita Goudinho from FC Goa Foundation introduced the FC Goa Manager and players to the MBBS boys, saying that the boys are being taken good care of by the Salesians of Don Bosco. Rector of MBBS, Father Jose then briefed the FC Goa team about the activities the boys carry out, and the skills some of the boys are good at, especially music and football; and also how the boys are helped to earn a living and integrate into society. Lastly, FC Goa Manager, Carlos Pena, said one of the priorities of the team is to keep its fans happy. He also encouraged the boys to have a dream, and to dream big, whether it be in the field of music, sports, engineering or anything else.

The boys were thrilled as the FC Goa players played and interacted with them for a while. Overall, it was a good learning experience for the boys as they saw how the players were focused and disciplined as part of their daily practices.
