Don Bosco College, Panjim, entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Performance Matrix on August 7th, 2025, with the aim of fostering collaboration and enhancing learning opportunities for students.



The MoU was signed in the presence of the Director, Father Kinley D’Cruz, Principal, Dr Cedric Silveira Head of Department, Assistant Professor Glenda Mascarenhas and faculty members, Vandana Patil, Nafisa Frias and Shareen Alphonso of the college. Theresa Isaac and Savio Isaac representing the Performance Matrix were also present to formalize the partnership.



This collaboration is expected to provide students with exposure to industry-relevant training, skill development workshops, and experiential learning opportunities. It will also open avenues for internships, joint projects, and career guidance sessions, aligning academic knowledge with practical industry demands.
Speaking on the occasion, both parties expressed their commitment to working together towards bridging the gap between academics and industry. The partnership is seen as a strategic step towards empowering students with the necessary skills and competencies to excel in the professional world.
The signing of the MoU marks the beginning of a mutually beneficial relationship aimed at holistic student development and institutional growth.
