The Alumni Meet of Don Bosco College of Engineering, Fatorda was held on January 24, 2026 at 4.00 pm on the college campus. The event brought together alumni from various batches for an evening of interaction, reflection, and celebration.



The event began with Trima Fernandes e Fizardo, alumni officer-in-charge, who greeted the gathering and introduced the members of the Alumni Association along with their respective responsibilities. She was joined by the President of the Alumni Association, Ms Benecia Colaco, a Mechanical Engineering alumna, who addressed the alumni and encouraged active engagement with the association.



Video highlights showcasing alumni memories and college milestones were screened, followed by a photo session and informal exchange of greetings over refreshments, including a live chaat counter, which added to the informal and festive atmosphere of the meet.
Principal, DBCE, Dr Neena Panandikar, presented a PowerPoint presentation highlighting the growth and development of the institution over the past ten years, emphasizing academic progress, infrastructure enhancement, and student achievements. Also present were Rector, DBCE, Father Ralin D’Souza, and Director, DBCE, Father Wilfred Fernandez, who interacted with the alumni and appreciated their continued association with the institution.



Ms Elaine conducted engaging networking sessions that encouraged alumni interaction, followed by games conducted by Father Ralin D’Souza, which added a lively and enjoyable dimension to the event. The college alumni were also felicitated in recognition of their achievements and contributions.
The Alumni Meet concluded on a positive note, with alumni expressing their appreciation for the well-organized programme and the opportunity to reconnect with their alma mater and fellow alumni.
