QUICK BITE -

Don Bosco College of Engineering (DBCE), Fatorda, celebrated the feast of the patron saint, Saint John Bosco, with deep gratitude and joy on January 30, 2026, bringing together faculty, staff, and students in a spirit of faith and fellowship.

The celebrations commenced with a solemn Eucharistic celebration officiated by the Director, DBCE, Father Wilfred Fernandez. The liturgy highlighted the values and teachings of Don Bosco, emphasizing compassion, service, and a commitment to nurturing young minds with care and responsibility.

Following the Eucharistic celebration, the DBCE community gathered in the college garden for a fellowship meal. The atmosphere was marked by warmth and camaraderie as members participated in games, shared meals, and engaged in lively interactions. The relaxed setting provided an opportunity for the community to connect beyond classrooms and offices, strengthening bonds and celebrating togetherness.

The day truly reflected the spirit of Don Bosco, whose vision of education rooted in love, reason, and faith continues to inspire the institution. The celebration served as a reminder of DBCE’s commitment to holistic education and the values that guide its mission.
