The Scouts and Guides of Don Bosco CBSE School Trasi, who participated in the 14th National Boscoree, held from December 30, 2022 to January 3, 2023, bagged the Championship of Sikkim Sub Camp No. 03 at Assam Don Bosco University, Tapesia Gardens, Guwahati. Boscoree is a Jamboree of Scouts and Guides from all institutions run by Don Bosco Management all over the country. The event is organized every 4 years in different parts of the country. At this Boscoree, 104 Schools participated from various parts of the country.

In the various events and competitions that were held, the Scouts and Guides from Don Bosco School, Trasi bagged 4 Don Bosco Diamond Awards (First Place) in Boscoree Theme Presentation, Cultural Exhibition, Handicraft and Cultural Dance. They also bagged Baden Powell Ruby Awards (Second Place) in Colour Party, Painting, Physical Display, Boscoree Anthem Dance, Folk Dance and Pioneering Project. With 10 awards in their kitty and having secured highest score in the Sikkim Sub Camp III, they were declared as the overall Champions.

The troop of 38 students in which 7 students of Don Bosco Academy, Hubli joined were accompanied by Scout Master Ashley Noronha and Guide Captains Sunitha D'Lima and Pavithra. Father Roshan D'Souza and Father Merwin Fernandes guided the students as Troop Managers. Though the journey was arduous and tiring, the students exhibited their resilience right from the beginning of their journey.

The Scouts and Guides who were returning from Boscoree, were offered a grand traditional welcome at Byndoor Railway station by the Principal, Father Maxim D'Souza along with students and parents. On their return to School, they were warmly felicitated by the Management, Principal, Staff and Students during which the Scouts, Guides and the accompanying staff shared their unforgettable experience at Boscoree 2022.
